My art practice changed drastically in 2015 when a terrifying paranormal experience led me to question my understanding of reality. I have since become obsessed with the unknown, using my work to explore that which lies beyond the veil of perception, and beyond the boundaries of our realm. Utilising a variety of different media – including sculpture, sound, performance and installation – I aim to create immersive work which explores themes of esotericism, occultism and spirituality. Wavering between uncertainty and devotion, the work is critical at times, at others charged with magick. Fantasy and fact collide, effecting ripples in the universe. The art becomes synonymous with spiritual practice.
